  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if you are new to fill out a health background and questionnaire. If you are a return client please arrive 5 minutes early.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
  • Gratuity is always appreciated! 20%-25% is common for a massage therapist if you are happy with your service.
  • Please practice good hygiene before coming to your appointment.
  • Don't be afraid to digitally detox and silence your cell phone!
  • Communication is key: Let your therapist know a comfortable pressure and temperature that's right for you.
  • If you come to your appointment intoxicated you will be asked to reschedule for a different time so that you can receive a massage safely.
  • Any sexual or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and the therapist will end the session immediately. You will be asked to not return and will be reported.
  • If you are sick please reschedule your appointment: fever, cold, flu, sore throat, cough, or contagious skin rash(shingles, poison ivy).
  • If you have been in a recent accident, had recent surgery, or had a recent blood clot you must have a note from your doctor that clears you for massage.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to inform the therapist of their medical history and of any change in health conditions.
  • Clients will be draped properly, only exposing the area that is being worked on.
  • We do not practice prenatal massage and would be glad to recommend someone who does.
  • The client may experience soreness the day after massage.
  • We clean and sanitize the room after each client.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • All massage, reiki, and aromatherapy services are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases or medical conditions known or unknown.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for cancelling an appointment unless you are sick or have an emergency. If you cancel a first time without 24 hour notice or "no-show" for your appointment, we can reschedule you but you will be asked for your credit card information upon booking to hold your appointment. You will be billed 100% of the service cost + tax if there is a second or further "no-show" to compensate the therapist for their time. Thank you for understanding.

Refund Policy

Gift certificates and packages are not redeemable for cash. All sales are final. Refunds are not available for gift certificates and packages. Thank you!
